Shipping Policy
How long does it take to receive my product?

After you place an order, our artist will complete the proofing of your order within 2 days, then we will send you the proofing picture by email, and only after your approval will we ship it to you.   Ensure your 100% satisfaction.

Please note：

 1.  If any modifications are required, please reply us within 48 hours, or we will deem no changes are required andcontinue the production.

 2.   The delivery date of the bobblehead is directly affected by the number of changes you may require.

Can I change the destination country of my order?

After your order has been sent out, you may not change your shipping address.

How much is shipping?

Standard Shipping   8---10 days $10

Fast Shipping 5---7 days   $25

How will I know my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship.

Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holiday.

Please note:
   1.    If your personalized product was remade, your order might be delayed.   Only those items that passed the quality inspection process can be sent out, with our standards and aim to supply you a perfect gift.
    2.   At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or college dorms.   Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may exceed normal delivery time.
   3.  Expedited shipping is not offered to P.O. Box shipping addresses.
   4.  We do not offer overnight shipping.
