• Once our artists finish sculpting your bobblehead’s face, we will email you proof photos for your review. If you select the “Upgrade to a Fully Customized Body” option, we will also email you proof photos of the body. We will only ship your order after receiving your approval.

• Fixed-head figurines can accommodate any hairstyle, while bobbleheads are limited to shoulder-length hair.

• If you would like to add accessories or props, such as guitars, dogs, chairs, or fish, an additional fee of USD 5–60 will apply, depending on their complexity.

• Our products come with a three-year warranty, along with online care and maintenance guidance.

If you would like any changes, please reply within 48 hours of receiving your proof photos. If we do not hear from you within this time, we will assume no changes are needed and continue production.

The number of revisions you request will directly affect your bobblehead’s delivery date.
