At every step he sent photos of the Bobblehead for me to review with the opportunity to ask for any slight alterations (of which I had very little to ask for). The best part though, seeing the look on my dad's face when he unwrapped it. A special memory for us both now permanently preserved as this Bobblehead. Thank you polo, a true master of your craft!

They were very friendly and it was a pleasure talking with them. The product looks exactly like the picture I sent them and I am so excited to give this to my friend. I was beyond happy in this whole process and the bobble head is such good quality that will last a very long time.
